SUCCESS STORY

Piston seal failures, caused by bearing grease purge, created warranty issues and headaches for an air compressor manufacturer. NSK recommended low-torque, purge-resistant contact seals with stiffer synthetic grease. This solution eradicated the purge, plus extended grease life. Now with zero failure due to grease purge, the warranty claims have ceased.
