NSK APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Mississauga, Canada - January 7, 2009 - NSK is pleased to announce that Oswaldo Almeida has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager, where he will be responsible for all Aftermarket activities across Canada.  He brings a multitude of experience to the role, with previous positions including 5 years as Sales Manager for the South American market with NSK Brazil Ltda and most recently, Marketing Manager for NSK Canada. With a strong academic background, including both a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Business Administration degree, Oswaldo began his career with 2 years in Engineering and Sales Management at Kautex Textron do Brazil in the automotive division. This was followed by 9 years as an Application and Sales Engineer at Voith Brazil S.A. in the paper machine division.
